The important part is not a fancy description. It is the shape, the build, the final check and whether the board works when it hits the water.

EPS-Flex Technology
Epoxy construction with a real shape underneath it.
Construction matters, but the board still starts with the shape. Rocker, outline, rails, volume and fin set-up all have to suit the surfer and the waves.
EPS-Flex is the E-Force epoxy approach: a clean, practical build aimed at regular use, travel, schools, rentals and everyday surfers who want a board that feels lively underfoot.

John “Bosch” Atkins
Born and raised in New Zealand, Bosch began surfing at 13 and started his first surfboard factory, Grey Seal Surfboards, in 1973 when he was 21.
He went on to work with well-known board builders in Australia before moving into Asian production. He is still hands-on in the factory, involved with shaping, sanding, glassing, polishing, quality control and staff training.

Factory and quality control
Hands-on production, not mystery manufacturing.
Bosch has been building surfboards for decades and moved into Asian manufacturing early. That experience matters when the goal is consistent boards, trained staff and proper quality control.
The process is kept practical: build the boards cleanly, check them properly and keep feedback coming from surfers who know how the boards should feel.
